Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
  • Please securely package the item and include the RMA number (if provided) on the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items:
